You Own The Land
At Tri-Par Estates YOU OWN THE LAND. That means the dirt your home is on is yours. You maintain your own property. You have a DEED to your property.
Assessment Tax
You Own The Land
Tri-Par Property Owners pay a Non-Ad Valorem Assessment in their taxes every year. This past year the Assessment tax was $1648 and next year the assessment will be the same. That breaks down to $137 a month. This tax that is paid to the county is then distributed back to Tri-Par to run and maintain the Park District
What The Tax Is For

Michael Sammarco, born in Orlando, Florida, has always had a passion for learning and his interests. He attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. To help pay for college, he worked two jobs as a painter and tutored fellow students in mathematics, sharpening his skills and dedication along the way.
After graduating, Michael embarked on a career in Business Intelligence with Centennial Bank. Alongside his banking career, he worked with his father remodeling homes—a hands-on pursuit that eventually led him into the world of real estate. To that end, Michael obtained his Florida real estate license in May of 2025. He purchased his first property in Tri-Par Estates, a milestone that fueled his enthusiasm for helping others find their perfect home.
Michael's hobbies are as diverse as his professional endeavors. He loves to fish—especially on Mondays with his father. Whether they’re on the water, catching up over coffee or sharing stories and ideas about enriching each other's lives, it is always a good time. He is also a car enthusiast, having spent countless hours working on his beloved 03 Toyota Celica and now enjoying modifying his 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe.
Currently, Michael lives just two miles up the street from Tri-Par Estates, staying close to family, friends, and soon to learn about the vibrant community that he has home ownership in. Whether building software, remodeling homes, or casting a line with his family, he brings energy, curiosity, and a love for connection to everything he does. Michael is a welcome addition to our team of dedicated agents to serve Tri-Par Estates.

In 2016 Ivy relocated from Toronto, Canada to Sarasota; and several months later she began her real estate business, and never looked back!
During her years in a manufacturing setting Ivy worked in purchasing management, human resources, and health and safety. Studying all three topics at Ryerson University, she obtained her certification in Occupational Health and Safety. Utilizing this certificate, she then worked as an Adjudicator for the Ontario government. These experiences culminated in acquiring various professional skills including negotiations, customer service, and understanding and applying legislation, policy and regulations. She is described as reliable, resourceful, communicative, results-oriented and a great problem-solver.
Did you know that only a small percentage of realtors get higher education beyond the basic license? Ivy has obtained several National Association of Realtors (NAR) designations and certifications, as she believes in providing superior service to her customers. These include Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). She is also a certified member of the Institute for Luxury Marketing, and At Home with Diversity (AHWD).
As a proud member of the Century 21 (C21) brokerage, we have a very global reach but with a focus on being local market experts. C21 is widely recognized as an industry leader and are rated as the highest in U.S. brand awareness, with more than 14,000 offices in 85 countries around the world. Most realtors in Florida do not represent you; they are transaction brokers. Only single agents like us represent you and your best interests. Ask other agents if they represent you as a Single Agent...most will say no!

Angelo has lived in Florida for the last 46 years in Sarasota, Orlando, Englewood and Jacksonville (plus 3 years in New Orleans). He has a deep understanding of Florida real estate and keeps abreast of the ever-changing market. He is a proud member of the Century 21 Sarasota office and the Sarasota-Manatee board of realtors.
Starting his first business at age 17 in lawn maintenance, Angelo has always been driven to help others and provide excellent customer service. His background is in building homes, renovations, and providing handy-man services through his business, Michaelangelo’s Property Maintenance. He attended the University of Florida for two years concentrating on one of his passions; mathematics. Was in the ministry for 12 years, officiating in many capacities. Much of his career was spent working for resorts, realtors and maintaining high-end properties on Siesta Key. To this end, he obtained his Community Association Management (CAM) license in 2019.
More than anything else, Angelo enjoys matching people to their dream home. He specializes in the Tri-Par Estates community and is an owner-resident himself. He has also worked there for over seven years as the Maintenance Supervisor, and Tri-par has since been transformed into the beautiful, yet affordable community it is today. He has been described as a problem-solver, honest, hard-working, and friendly. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional, call Angelo. He will smoothly guide you through the process of buying or selling step by step.
When he is not helping his customers with buying, selling or investing in properties, you will find him fishing at the beach, watching the sunrise, cooking Italian recipes, or playing his guitar.
His favorite saying: “Why put off tomorrow what I can do today!”
